1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Exchanges are not allowed for size and personal reasons. Please double-check the size details and reach out to us if you need further clarification before purchasing.
• Exchanges are only allowed for defect issues, subject to stock availability.
• If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value or opt for store credit.
• Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item from the date of delivery, together with the unpacking video.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Items must be in original packaging with tags intact.
• Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined.

• Accessories such as jewelry, innerwear, or hygiene-related items
• Customized or made-to-order products

3. Procedure for Return & Refund

• For exchange and refund requests, please email us at closettsara24@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, together with the unpacking video, Order ID, and other necessary details for reference.
• Kindly return the item to us once your request is approved.
• Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
• Approved returns will be refunded via store credit or the original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• Please note: return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.

5. Important Notes

• Tsara Closet reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy.
• Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
